The validity of promotional services lapses upon deletion of the relevant User Content. Tax refunds are excluded in all cases.

Subscriptions for ads

In these categories, tecnilabz.com offers subscriptions under which the user has the number of ad spaces agreed in the respective category for the duration of the contract and for his own use (hereinafter referred to as "ad subscriptions").

In the case of ad subscriptions, if an ad is deleted, the user is entitled to immediately upload a new ad in the same ad area. tecnilabz.com reserves the right to set a turnover limit on the website, according to which the advertisement posted in a given advertisement space may not, on average per month, be changed at a higher frequency than that mentioned on the website. The user undertakes to comply with the rotation limit in force at the relevant time.

Other subscriptions

tecnilabz.com may at any time declare subscriptions to other usage features, bundled prices, usage content, and partner offers to be chargeable. These subscriptions are announced, described and offered for sale on the website. The scope of the services corresponds to the description on the website and can be adjusted at any time.

Taxes and contract term

The tax for subscriptions for advertisements as well as for other subscriptions (hereinafter jointly referred to as "subscriptions") is payable upon receipt of the invoice without deductions, unless otherwise duly specified. The user will be deemed to be in arrears with payment without further notice of default from tecnilabz.com. In the event of default, tecnilabz.com is entitled to suspend its services without prior notice and to block the user or the latter's access to other tecnilabz.com services.

The subscription is concluded for the specific contractual term chosen by the user and is automatically extended for a new contractual term, provided that it is not terminated in writing or by e-mail with 30 days' notice for annual subscriptions, or 10 days for monthly subscriptions for the end of the current contractual term. Termination or early repayment is excluded. In particular, in the event of early deletion of advertisements or in the event of deletions or blocking by tecnilabz.com on the basis of these Terms of Use or other integral parts of the contract, the full remuneration shall be due and the user shall not be entitled to a refund of remuneration already paid.

5. LICENSE FOR USER CONTENT

You hereby grant us a simple, royalty-free, unrestricted, irrevocable, perpetual, transferable, worldwide license (with the right to sublicense) to use at convenience (including reproduction, distribution and any processing at convenience, including translation) all or any part of the User Content for any purpose (now known or unknown), commercial or otherwise (including advertising) in connection with the Website.

You may remove your User Content from the Website at any time, but the license granted above remains valid, even if you remove your User Content. In particular, you acknowledge that we may retain archived copies of your User Content and that the license granted above remains valid for archived User Content.

You promise and warrant that you have the right to grant this license and you agree to fully indemnify tecnilabz.com of any action brought against it, in accordance with this Section 5.
